Instructions

Read each of the statements below and consider how strongly each statement reflects how you currently feel. Choose a response that reflects how strongly you agree with the statement, a 0% rating would suggest you do not believe the statement reflects how you feel at all whilst a 100% rating suggests that statement completely reflects how you currently feel. Ratings in between these two extremes reflect varying degrees of belief in the statement.
